♥ALL ABOUT LIEBESPOIR!♥ Liebespoir (LI-BEI-ES-POUR) is set up by both Debbie and Veana to help fund our studying expenses. We are also hoping to contribute to charities with part of our proceeds!* (Please check T&C for Charities we will be contributing to) We are a friendly pair of partners, so feel free to email us or add us in MSN! Both of us are studying in the same school, are about 90% alike, (Close to twins but not close enough :D) Some of you may ask, why the name "LiebEspoir" and why is it so difficult to pronounce/weird or queer name? It's simply because it is our nicknames joined together thus its not really a word by itself! Liebe and Espoir are actually our self given nicknames to be precise :P In actual fact, we never thought of using our nicks at all! It was during one time in the MRT did we start to think about what to name our blogshop, and we then simply combined our nicknames together. It has a nice ring to it and we generally love it. Besides that, "LiebEspoir" actually has a meaning. Liebe is the German word for "Love" and Espoir is the French word for "Hope" . ★ Postage only unless stated! ★You can try requesting a meetup to our convenience and we will try to accede to it if we're going there/passing by. ★We will not be making any special trips down to any particular MRT Station unless stated (e.g Mass Meetups), not even for $10! Sorry for the incovenience as both of us are taking our 'O' Levels exams this year, thanks for understanding! :) SG Postal Charges adhere to that of Singpost. An additional stationery fee of $0.50 onwards will be chargeable. Please Bear in Mind that LiebEspoir will not be liable for lost/damaged postage at any time. If a registered post is lost, we will help you contact the post office and try our best to help you. For those who aren't aware, you will have to collect your parcel at the post office if you aren't at home during time of delivery, or get it redelivered for you. MISC. - Emails will be replied within 48 hours. Please email us again if you do not recieve a reply as the mail might be lost in the email networking system! ^^ - Please give a 1 week leap time for us to send the items out for postage as we're busy girls! - Prices DO NOT INCLUDE postage unless STATED, thanks! - Please clear all doubts before purchasing, we will not eat you up! XD - Full payment has to be in or orders will not be taken. - No negotiations for prices please. No discounts if not stated, we have already set the lowest cost that is possible for us. - Payment via bank transfer (POSB/DBS)/concealed cash (at your own risk) - Items might differ from picture due to lighting & resolution. - No refund if confirmed orders are cancelled. - Refunds only apply to OOS items or unability to cap spree. - Goods once sold = non-exchangable/refundable. Please check your items carefully upon meetups. - We will not be responsible for any medical conditions that occur from purchased items. - NO DEAD/MIA BUYERS PLEASE! - Dead buyers will be blacklisted. - Items will be sold to those who make full payment first. - Sprees will take between 2-8 weeks. Some sprees might delay over this time frame, so if you do not have the patience to wait, kindly do not order from us :) - Please do not send any hate mail if your spree has been delayed as we have stated above that some sprees may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances! - We are NOT LIABLE IF SUPPLIER SCAMS US OR MIAs! WE ARE TOTALLY 101% SCAM FREE, but we cant guarantee for them! We will try our best to help (e.g police report) should it happen. The full deposit will be forfeited if you back out. - Our confirmation email will include our POSB Bank Account No. and your total required payment. - *By sending in the order form, you are deemed to and unreservedly agree to LiebEspoir's Terms & Conditions. ! - We allow meetups if you order more than a certain amount of items/get supply from us), or to our convenience, so it wnt hurt to enquire about a meetup kay ^^ However, as we are students busy with our O levels and studies, postage is highly recommended as we will not be able to meet at other places other than Bishan, Tampines, Simei or Ang Mo Kio. Even so, these meetup places and timings are to our convenience only :) P.S Other places may be available if we are going to that place on that particular day.
